This town hall will include a panel and Q&A. We will be re-launching our Black Paper on NYPD ownership of land across NYC and speaking specifically about the HPD-owned lot on Sutter Ave and Linwood St that is being used by the NYPD 75th Precinct to park their personal vehicles.
