HIRING: Campaign Organizer

About:

The East New York Community Land Trust (ENYCLT) is a member-led non-profit organization established by community leaders in East New York and Brownsville to fight displacement. We take community control of land, and steward it to remain permanently affordable for our low-and-middle income Black and Brown community. In February 2024, we purchased a 20-unit rent-stabilized building– establishing community ownership after years of neglect. We are building on this victory to fight displacement with more acquisitions.
